Our Base Programs

  • Our programs are 30 minute semi-private personal training sessions focused on meeting your goals.  Whether those goals are weight loss, muscle toning or building muscle, we can help you achieve them. 
  • Our program design will provide you the roadmap you need when working with us in your personal training sessions and, more importantly, what you need to do when we are not working together.
  • The programs focus on weight / resistance training.  You are not paying for us to watch you do cardio work
  • There are no long-term contracts.  We focus on 4 week programs at a time.  This short-term commitment makes it easy for you to continue to work with us and easy to walk away if you find we are not a fit for you.

We do provide program design only for those not interested in the personal training sessions.  We will provide the roadmap for your success, whatever your goals may be.

Nutrition Consultation
Optimize your energy, enhance your vitality and maximize your health potential by improving the way you eat.  Meet with a certified sports nutritionist to optimize your food choices and eating patterns based on your current lifestyle and goals.  Take home nutrition suggestions designed with both health and convenience in mind.

In-Home Food Inventory
Receive a nutrition consultation to get answers to concerns about the foods in your refrigerator and pantry.  Meet your individual nutritional needs and food preferences with substitutions that fit your likes and dislikes. 

Savvy Grocery Shopping
Get rid of the confusion.  Be smart understanding food labels, nutrition facts and nutrient claims.  Grocery shopping tips for people on the run, foods to avoid and what to look for that is healthy in your local grocery store.
