Jim has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry.  Jim has over 25 years experience as a martial artist and a martial arts instructor with black belts in the following disciplines:  4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, 4th Degree Black Belt in the Bill "Superfoot' Wallace Fighting System and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Hapkido.
